| Becoming a Customer | |  |  |
You have several opportunities to become a customer in the shop.
For example, if you order normally, you will be automatically prompted
during the course of the ordering process to input your customer
information such as delivery and billing address. But you also have
the possibility to become a customer with us without placing an
order:
- Click on "Login" in the upper right:

- If you are not yet a customer with us, click on "Please
Continue" under the header "New Customer".
- On the following page, you will find a form where you need to
fill in your name, address, contact information etc.
- You may order as a business customer or private customer. Please
note that you must include your IRS number if you are a business
customer in order to get potential tax benefits.
- The fields marked "
"
are required.
- • If your desired delivery address is different than your
billing address, please click on the link "Click here if
your delivery address is different than your billing address..."
and give your delivery address
- Please note as well that you must input your telephone number
in the following format: country code – area (or city) code
– telephone number, for example 1 for the US (other examples:
64 for New Zealand, 91 for India, 44 for UK), then the local area
code and not until then your actual phone number. Please omit
the "00" in the country code and the "0" in
the area code, and don’t use other symbols such as "-"
or "/". Many thanks!
- Last but not least, please choose a password that you can easily
remember. Please confirm it.
- In order to place an order in the shop, you must be an adult;
that’s why we ask for your date of birth.
- The newsletters are optional, but recommended, because you
will receive practical special offers and health tips directly
in your e-mail box. Then you can, of course, have access to them
at any time.

| Forgotten Password | |  |  |
If you’ve forgotten your password, it’s not a problem.
We’ll either send you your old password at the e-mail address
we have on file, or we’ll create a new one for you.
- Click on "Login" in the upper right of the shop:

- On this page you will find the link "...Click here if you
have forgotten your password." Please click on it.
- On the page following, you can request your password either
by e-mail or by giving your customer number. You can also request
a new password and have it sent to you.
- Enter your e-mail address or your customer number into the corresponding
field.
- Decide whether you want to keep your old password or request
a new one.
- Then click on "Request Password".
- Go to your inbox and scan your mail. We will send your desired
password to you right away.
As soon as you have received your password, you can once again
log in to your customer account. |
| Changing Contact or Address Information | |  |  |
If you would like to change your contact or address information
or, for example, add a new delivery address, there are several possibilities.
You can change this for example during an order or also by logging
in to the shop. The simplest way is this:
- Click on "Login" in the upper right of the shop:

- On the page that follows, enter your e-mail address (or your
customer number) and your password. If you have forgotten your
password, please look above and read about what to do. Click on
"Login!".
- Now you’ll see an overview of your customer account right
away.
- Here you can choose what you’d like to change, for example
your name, salutation and title – or your contact information,
birthday, addresses, etc. Just click on the corresponding link.
- On the page that follows, you can input your changes directly.
Afterwards click down below on "Save Changes".
If you are ready, you can go back if you like and make other changes. |
| Closing An Account | |  |  |
If you no longer wish to be a customer and want to make sure
that we delete all of your information (except for accounting records),
then follow these steps::
- Click on "Login" in the upper right of the shop:

- After you have logged on, you will once again find yourself
on the overview page for your account.
- There under "Options" is a link called "Close
My Account".
- Click on it.
- Now you will find a link "You hereby close your account
with us... " – please click here once more.
- Now you can request that your account be closed using the contact
form.
- Click on "Send Message."
If there should be a problem with closing your account (outstanding
invoices, for example) – we will let you know. Otherwise we
will confirm the closing of your account by e-mail or by telephone.
We would also like to know why you would like to close your account,
because we want to keep improving our service. |
