Delivery times

We try to dispatch your order withing 2 days. Because of a multiplicity of exotic flags it is possible that several designs have longer delivery times as usual. Delivery times of up to six weeks are possible.

Flags with a white background can be printed with your personal theme, within a few days. Themes with a coloured background are more difficult and longer delivery times of up to six weeks can be possible. Please call us, if your order is very urgent.

We act on the assumption, that you are the owner of the rights at the theme you have send us.

Of course, if your are a public facilitie, you can order on your own account.

Delivery terms
  1. As long as the customer liabilities are delayed, auto-fahnen.net is relieved of the delivery duty.

  2. All orders are executed currently. Auto-fahen.net wants to achieve a delivery time of 48 – 72 hours. Insignificant delivery delays do not enable a denial of acceptance. Auto-fahnen.net assumes no guarantee for delivery delays due to pispatch.

  3. Partial deliverys are allowed, as far as the customer don´t wants partial deliverys or the partial deliverys are not reasonable for the customer. If auto-fahnen.net makes use of this right, costs for packaging and shipment get upraised once.

  4. The keeping of an delivery time depends on our own supply in well time. Depends a delivery possibility on a supply of a presupplier and this supply falls through, for reasons auto-fahnen.net isn´t responsible for, is auto-fahnen.net able to cancel the contract. In this case, the customer can´t use his rigth of compensation.

  5. The same is essential, if the delivery gets complicated or isn´t executable because of force majeure or other events like fire, flood, collective action, business trouble or licensing requirements and orders, that are not part of our business risk. In this cases the customer gets informed immediately about the unavailable delivery and an already adduced effort will be refunded immediately.

  6. Compensation deliveries are allowed, if a certain item isn´t available. In this case auto-fahen.net delivers a qualitative and in price equal item for substitution. The customer can make use of his post-free money-back guarantee.


Guarantee

Authorised notifications of defects can only be considered, if the filing of the claim adverse auto-fahnen.net has been made within 14 days. Authorised notifications of defects are technical defects, which could have been avoided. If the customer is an entrepreneur, the period of notification for not apparently defects amounts 12 months since delivery of the goods. If the customer is a consumer, the period of notification for not apparently defects amounts 24 months since delivery of the goods.

Conditions of payment

The customer is responsible for well timed payment of the invoice. The invoice can contain amounts for goods and attendances of a third person.

In case nothing else has been agreed, we only deliver against prepayment. Advance payments or orders for direct debit will be considered when issuing an invoice. If we deliver against invoice, all amounts of the invoice have to be payed after delivery, but not later than 14 days after receiving the invoice.

Is the customer delayed in his duty of payment we reserve our right to


  • Disable the customer from the service, until the payment has been taken place

  • Disable the customer from the service permanently.

The customer is not allowed to accumulate his own pecuniary claim against ours, unless the receivables of the customer are undisputed or legally established.

The customer is not allowed to obverse our pecuniary claim with his right of retention, unless these rights result from the same contractual relationship.


Data handling
We handle personal data confidentially. If the customer wishes blocking, rearrangement or deletion of his data, he has to inform auto-fahnen.net.

Copyright
In case a third party claims copyright infringement or trademark law infringement adverse auto-fahnen.net, due to the use of theire picture by the customer, the customer assumes responsibility for this and releases auto-fahnen.net of all pretensions. The customer assumes responsibility for all disadvantages that may have been caused.
